You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing the CrossFit methodologies outlined below.
Nutrition: Nutrition is the foundation for health. The quality and quantity of an athlete's diet influence metabolism and the molecular foundations of the body.
Metabolic Conditioning: Increased cardiovascular conditioning helps an athlete reach their full potential.
Gymnastics: Focuses on an athlete's spatial awareness and body control.
Weightlifting and Throwing: Controlling external objects through the transfer of power from the core of the body to the extremities. Sport: Sports act to refine an athlete's skill set and general capacity.
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.

Introduction and explanation of the W.O.D (Workout of the Day), demonstration of movements, answer questions, and supervise, coach, and correct movements patterns during the workout, and lead class in a cool-down.
