I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2016, with a background in gymnastics and cheerleading. I fell in love with CrossFit and how challenging all the movements can be. I love that we do something different every day. My favorite barbell movements are snatches, cleans, and back squats. I love doing anything with handstands. I hope to inspire others and help achieve their fitness goals. CrossFit has an amazing community and a sense of family. I’m happy to have found my second home here.
